Definition
Delivery of a list of evaluated profiles (long-list or candidate list) who meet the client’s requirements. Evaluations include personality tests, technical knowledge, communication, and language skills. The client will preselect candidates for the final interview.

Preselection
Final interview with the client and preselected talents, along with the delivery of psycho-labor reports for the chosen talent. If no candidate is selected, the process returns to step 2.

Interviews
During this phase, the talent will work remotely with the client’s team and will be monitored by ConnecTalent.

Remote
Production Period
At the end of the remote production period, the client will confirm the employment agreement with the talent.
